Well, the work is almost finished in the kitchen and it is almost time to start cooking again.
Today the kitchen sink and the dishwasher were put in and this past week has seen the kitchen floor, the counter tops and the back splash all finished.
Yippee.
The cabinets look great and Tuesday the oven and range get installed and we are in business.
It has been a good long time living in the new house and waiting for this kitchen to be finished.
Oh yeah, we also put together a good part of our bedroom closet this past weekend too.
We are almost done with the renovations on the kitchen and the breakfast nook at our new house on Glen Cove in Richardson. The cabinets have been ordered and should be in soon, possibly this coming weekend.
We decided to tear out most everything and start from scratch. Those ugly corner cabinets in the breakfast nook just had to go!

Boy, I gotta get a few minutes to post some new pics of the house. We have done a ton of stuff – new carpet, tile is almost done, torn out 1/2 of kitchen, living room/dining room set up, office almost set up and more.
We may even be moved there by the next 10 days or so.
