An offer on the Maribeth house!

Finally, some action on the Maribeth (our old) house!

Last week we got an offer that we bounced around all week and then decided it was too low and we were going to reject it.

Then another came in this past Monday that was better and we accepted the offer. The closing is set for next Friday, Dec. 28. Talk about fast, wow.

So we are just keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes well and this thing closes ok.
